The assessment begins with an evaluation of foundational movements including mobility, flexibility, and strength. This is followed by a video-based running gait analysis using advanced movement assessment technology to capture objective data. These insights help assess gait efficiency and guide runners in refining their form and training regimen to optimize mechanics, minimize injury risk, and enhance overall performance.

Our gait analysis along with our initial evaluation provides valuable insights to help reduce injury risk. We also emphasize the importance of proper footwear, because once your foot hits the ground, everything changes.

Run Coaching & Programming

 

After completing the foundational mobility and strength assessment, along with the running gait and video analysis, we provide targeted coaching to enhance performance and refine running mechanics.

 

We also create a personalized training plan through our custom app, featuring a daily workout schedule and an individualized strength program designed to improve running mechanics and address specific weaknesses.
