Fun fact…The rate of vitamin D deficiency is over 40% in the US.

 

So, basically, the average person has a 50/50 chance of being deficient in Vitamin D. Studies are consistently showing that our vitamin D status drops during the winter, with levels peaking in September and at their lowest in March.

We talk about how Vitamin D is synthesized in the human body as well as the most recent studies regarding the impact of COVID and your vitamin D levels.
