Training

ProForm PT offers a training program that is available to not only those who are ending a course of physical therapy with us or another facility, but to anyone. We believe strength and conditioning is often the missing link when resuming normal activities when coming back from an injury. As re-injury rates are higher in the first few months following initial injury, we offer a unique training membership to help bridge the gap between rehab and a full return to recreational activities. The training membership includes weekly one-on-one sessions with a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists (CSCS). Your program will be tailored to you, the individual.

This program may be right for you if you are looking to add resistance training in a systemic and guided fashion. One of the most highlighted features about this program is that your training program will be carried out in a state-of-the-art physical therapy facility with access to the industry’s most top-of-the-line equipment. Our qualified staff will have the ability to monitor you for symptoms that could be associated with previous injuries and other conditions. Our goal is to provide superior training that will be customized to the individual and carried out in a way that maximizes your potential.

Nutrition

Here at ProForm PT we recognize the value of a comprehensive understanding of nutrition. That is why we developed our Nutrition Program, where we will work with you as nutrition coaches to provide a plan to help you regain a healthy relationship with food. All our clinicians here at ProForm PT are Precision Nutrition Certified and dedicated to understanding the aspects involved in nutrition, assessment and coaching strategies.

Our Nutrition Program is set apart and unique in that as a client you will be guided by not only a certified nutrition coach, but also a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Enrollment in the program will allow you access to state-of-the-art equipment in a modern facility. You can expect a comprehensive initial consultation which will utilize an InBody Body Composition Analyzer. This device will provide us with valuable, objective data about you.

Our Nutrition Coaches offer a diversified skill set that will only serve to benefit you in accomplishing your nutrition goals. This program includes monthly sessions that are structured around nutrition education and promoting sustainable lifestyle changes. Our goal is to give you the tools and guidance for success in your journey with healthy eating habits and overall wellness.

Gait/Foot Analysis

Gait and Foot Analysis at ProForm PT is a multi-faceted program that strives to help people regain a healthy relationship with their feet. Your feet are the foundation for all your movements. A body can only be as strong and functional as its foundation! At ProForm PT we believe foot health has unfortunately been on a decline in the recent decades. This is largely due to changes in footwear and modern-day lifestyles.

The features of this program include a video gait analysis, recommendations on appropriate and individualized footwear, customized programming, as well as access to our “ProFeet” group class.

Functional Golf Assessment

ProForm PT offers a comprehensive functional golf assessment. This assessment will be conducted by a clinician certified in Nike NG360°, Functional Golf System (FGS) and certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). This allows us to determine areas of the body that are causing restrictive movement patterns as well as weaknesses as they relate to the golf swing. We can identify these restrictions and develop a specialized treatment plan involving corrective exercises to promote proper mobility and stability during the golf swing.

This Functional Golf Assessment is designed specifically for golf professionals and movement specialists who work with golfers. These systems take advantage of the principles of all human movement to create a strategy to address the requirements of the golf swing.
